I remember when I was a little girl I was afraid of the elderly... not because of anything that happened to me but because I did not understand them, why did they ask me my name over and over again? As I grew older myself and had older parents I began to understand that the elderly have so much wisdom and experiences to share and I found myself gravitated to them to learn all I could. With that said, I learned that they have many needs as they grow older... massage and exercise is one of them.
