I am an advocate of hot stone therapy, however I feel there are right ways to utilize the hot stones and there are way to just use the hot stones. Some therapist just lay the rocks on their clients I like to I am known to be a deep tissue and medical massage therapist so I use the hot stones as a therapeutic tool to warm up the tissues and use the rocks as deep tissue tools.   s article and thought I would share it.  Pleas enjoy!
